Prices, shipping costs and delivery information
We will send your order via Deutsche Post and DHL GoGreen. The processing time for your order is 3-5 working days, depending on the order situation .
The prices stated on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.
We deliver worldwide.
The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
The shipping fee includes the statutory VAT. Since the VAT on the shipping fee is calculated depending on the goods purchased, it may be reduced if goods are purchased at lower VAT rates. This means that the shipping fee can only be finally calculated as part of the ordering process. However, it cannot go higher, it can only go lower in your favor.
In addition to the stated prices, we charge the following delivery costs per order depending on the delivery country:

Do I have to expect customs fees?
Some countries outside the EU may impose import duties, levies and similar customs fees on imported goods. These costs are not included in the payments to us. These costs, if any, will be determined and collected by the customs authorities of each country. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
Possible delays:
Please allow extra time for your order to be processed if it was placed on a public holiday or during peak season (Nov-Dec).
Customs and shipping companies may also require additional time to further process and deliver your order. Especially during the run-up to Christmas or before certain holidays (e.g. Valentine's Day, Easter).

Payment Methods
We offer the following payment methods. Simply choose the payment method that is best for you. The shipping costs partly depend on the payment method chosen. The prices listed in the respective offers represent final prices. They include all price components including any applicable taxes such as VAT. Only in the case of cross-border delivery may additional taxes (e.g. in the case of an intra-community purchase) and/or duties (e.g. customs duties) be payable by you in individual cases, but not to the seller, but to the responsible customs or tax authorities there. The delivery and shipping costs incurred are not included in the purchase price; they can be accessed via the “Shipping costs” page, are shown separately during the ordering process and are to be borne by you additionally.
PayPal:
PayPal offers various payment options. All you need is a free account.
If you would like to pay for your order via PayPal, you will be redirected directly and asked to log in to your account or register again. Once this is done, all you have to do is choose the desired payment method (PayPal credit, direct debit or credit card) and confirm the payment.
KLARNA invoice & installment purchase*:
Payment by KLARNA will only be made after receipt of the goods.
The invoice will then be sent to you directly by email from KLARNA. You have 14 days from the invoice date to pay it.
In addition, with KLARNA's financing service you have the option of paying for your purchase flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least EUR 6.95) or under the conditions otherwise stated in the checkout.

You can make your payment via SOFORT Banking easily, conveniently, securely and without registering. The automatic transfer of the transfer data and the real-time transaction confirmation to the merchant enable you to have a smooth payment process and therefore a quick delivery.
Credit card:
We accept payments via VISA, MasterCard. Our payment provider makes the payment process convenient and secure directly in our check-out process. Your credit card account will be debited upon completion of the order.
Bank Transfer:
When paying in advance or by bank transfer, the order will only be processed after we have received payment. Payment must be made within 7 days of ordering. After this period, the order will be automatically canceled.
