Prices, shipping costs, and delivery information
We ship your order via Deutsche Post and DHL. The processing time for your order is 3-5 business days, depending on the order volume.
The prices listed on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.
We deliver worldwide.
The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you again in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
The flat-rate shipping cost includes statutory VAT. Since the VAT on the flat-rate shipping cost is calculated depending on the goods purchased, it may decrease if goods are purchased at lower VAT rates. This means that the flat-rate shipping cost can only be finally calculated during the order process. However, it cannot be higher, only lower to your advantage.
In addition to the prices stated, we charge the following delivery costs per order, depending on the country of delivery:

€6.90 for orders from €20 to €150 via Warenpost Deutsche Post / DHL

Should I expect customs fees?
Some countries outside the EU may levy import duties, taxes, and similar customs fees on imported goods. These costs are not included in the payments to us. These costs, if any, are determined and collected by the customs authorities of the respective country. For more information, please contact your local customs authority.
Possible delays:
Please allow more time for processing your order if it was placed on a holiday or during the high season (Nov-Dec).
Customs and transportation companies may also take additional time to further process and deliver your order, especially during the pre-Christmas period or before certain holidays (e.g. Valentine's Day, Easter).

Payment Methods
We offer the following payment methods. Simply choose the payment method that is optimal for you. Shipping costs are partly dependent on the chosen payment method. The prices stated in the respective offers are final prices. They include all price components, including any applicable taxes such as VAT. Only in the case of cross-border delivery may further taxes (e.g. in the case of an intra-community acquisition) and/or duties (e.g. customs duties) be payable by you in individual cases, but not to the seller, but to the responsible customs or tax authorities there. The incurred delivery and shipping costs are not included in the purchase price; they can be viewed on the "Shipping Costs" page, are shown separately during the ordering process and must be borne by you in addition.
PayPal:
PayPal offers various payment options. You only need a free account for this.
If you wish to pay for your order via PayPal, you will be redirected directly and asked to log in with your account or register a new one. Once that is done, you only need to choose the desired payment method (PayPal balance, direct debit, or credit card) and confirm the payment.
KLARNA Invoice & Installment Purchase*:
Payment via KLARNA is only made after receipt of the goods.
The invoice will then be sent to you directly by KLARNA via email. From the invoice date, you have 14 days to settle it.
Additionally, with KLARNA's financing service, you have the option to flexibly pay for your purchase in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least EUR 6.95) or under other conditions specified at checkout.

Credit Card:
We accept payments via VISA, MasterCard. Our payment provider enables the payment process conveniently and securely directly within our checkout process. Your credit card account will be charged upon completion of the order.
Bank Transfer:
For payments made via advance payment or bank transfer, the order will only be processed after receipt of payment. Payment must be made within 7 days of the order. After this period, the order will be automatically cancelled.
