What makes cork material so special?
Our cork fabric is 100% vegan, water-repellent, washable, dirt-repellent, robust, abrasion-resistant, scratch-resistant, anti-static, allergy-friendly, recyclable, environmentally friendly, warm, soft and non-fading.
How to clean our cork skin?
Our cork fabric, sold by the meter, can be easily cleaned with water. Stains can be easily removed by dabbing immediately.
If the cork fabric has slight creases, you can easily iron our cork leather from the back.
What can you make with cork fabric by the meter?
Our cork material is very diverse. You can sew the cork leather with your standard household sewing machine. Many people think they need an industrial sewing machine, but it is not necessary as it is easy to work with. A simple needle size 70 and a good polyester thread are sufficient. The great thing about our cork fabrics is that you can leave the edges open because our cork fabric doesn't fray.
Cork fabric can also be painted. Different colors are suitable for this. It's best to test this out first on a smaller piece of cork material.
Otherwise, you can cut, sew, iron, rivet, punch, glue, paint, label, staple, embroider and use our cork fabric for many other tasks. Die Muster sind gut, um einen Eindruck von der Farbe und Haptik zu bekommen. Hilfreich wäre eine Beschriftung :) Die Qualität und Auswahl hat aber in jedem Fall überzeugt.

Die Kork-Muster sind groß genug, um sich ein gutes Bild über die Palette der Farben/Drucke zu verschaffen. Es sind (fast) alle im Shop erhältlichen Farbmuster erhältlich im Paket. Die Qualität ist wundervoll. Eine Anregung hätte ich aber. Ich weiß, es wird darauf hingewiesen, dass die Muster unbeschriftet sind. Mir ist auch klar, dass das mehr Arbeit für den Shop bedeuten würde, alle Muster zu beschriften. Es wäre jedoch trotzdem ganz toll, wenn auf der Rückseite ein Vermerk zu der jeweiligen Farbe vorhanden wäre. Man muss schon mit den Produkten im Online-Shop vergleichen und selbst seine Schlüsse ziehen, welches Muster man gerade in der Hand hält. Farben und Darstellung sind im Netz oft anders als in echt und so hatte ich ein wenig Schwierigkeiten mit der richtigen Zuordnung mancher Muster. Gerade bei den Rottönen. Ich kann und möchte diesen Shop trotzdem jedem wärmstens ans Herz legen ❤️
